Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Boompledge software and related services. Boompledge is a product of Boompoo Global Mart Pvt Ltd.

Terms of Service

Lifetime Software License refers only to software ownership and does not include lifetime support, maintenance, server hosting, or future enhancement services.

Maintenance Plan charges of ₹99/month are applicable from the 2nd year onwards.

Maintenance Plan includes Technical Support, Software Updates, Cloud Backup, Security Improvements, and Server Maintenance services.

Without an active Maintenance Plan, the above services will not be available.

The software can be accessed on Mobile, PC/Computer, and Laptop using the same account.

All payments made to Boompledge are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Boompledge reserves the right to revise pricing, maintenance charges, subscription plans, and service policies with prior notice.

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of the data entered into the software.

Boompledge shall not be liable for any financial loss, business interruption, data loss, or damages arising from incorrect usage of the software by the customer.

Customers shall not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or reproduce the software without written permission from Boompoo Global Mart Pvt Ltd.

Boompledge reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of misuse, fraud, illegal activities, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Internet connectivity and compatible devices are required for cloud-based features and online services.

Feature requests, customizations, and third-party integrations may be subject to additional charges.

Boompledge reserves the right to discontinue, modify, replace, or upgrade any feature, service, or technology as part of ongoing product improvements.

By using Boompledge software, the customer agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated herein.

All features, services, and access are subject to active plan status.
Company reserves the right to update software, features, and policies anytime.
Unauthorized sharing, resale, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
Internet connection is required for online features.
